Conditions and cancellation fees
• 10% up until 31 days before the rental period starts.
• 30% from 30 - 21 days before the rental period starts.
• 50% from 20 - 11 days before the rental period starts.
• 75% from 11 - 0 days before the rental period starts.
• 100% after the guest has moved into the house.
